Calls to your landline or mobile. Some people prefer to start with a phone call or use this method to continue longer term treatment where the number of sessions can slowly be reduced. This is an ideal alternative if you cannot attend your Psychotherapy appointment in Gibraltar.

In Person

Psychotherapy sessions can be held in person at Atlantic Suites, Gibraltar. Alternatively, at a location of your choice, including your home, office or a public place.
